Annwyl Deuluoedd,

Dydyn ni methu credu ein bod ni wedi cael 6 wythnos gyda’n plant nawr! Wow! Mae amser yn hedfan!

Uchafbwyntiau’r Wythnos

I ddechrau'r wythnos roedd y plant wedi cwblhau arbrawf a gwneud casgliad i esbonio ble sychodd y dillad y gorau. Roedd hyn yn gyfle gwych i weld pwy ragfynegodd yn gywir. Roedd cyfle i fynegi barn am fwyd ac roedd y plant yn hoffi trafod hoff bethau a chas bethau ei gilydd. Yn symud ymlaen i weddill yr wythnos, roedd pawb gwir wedi mwynhau taro targed ac yna defnyddio ei sgiliau adio a thynnu i gyfrifo'r sgôr hefyd. Defnyddiodd pawb adnoddau amrywiol i gyfrifo'r ateb. Uchafbwynt yr wythnos oedd ail ymweld gyda'r feddygfa a chwarae rôl gan gasglu gwybodaeth a thrin ei gilydd. Maen nhw wrth eu bodd yn actio a chlywon ni llawer iawn o Gymraeg fantastic. Mae'r plant gwir wedi tyfu mewn hyder. Yn y prynhawn mesurodd pawb breichiau ei gilydd i weld pwy sydd gyda'r breichiau byrraf a hiraf. I orffen yr wythnos roedd rhaid iddyn nhw wrando yn ofalus i'w phartner er mwyn rhoi'r multilinc yn lle cywir gyda'r cwpanau.

Dear Families,

We can't believe we've had 6 weeks with the children now! Wow! Time is flying!

Highlights of the Week

To start the week the children had completed an experiment and wrote a conclusion to explain where the clothes dried the best. This was a great opportunity to see who predicted correctly. There was also an opportunity to express their opinions about food and the children liked to discuss each other's likes and dislikes. Fast forward to the rest of the week, everyone really enjoyed hitting the target and then using their addition and subtraction skills to calculate the score as well. Everyone used various resources to calculate their answers. The highlight of the week was re-visiting the surgery and role-playing gathering information and treating each other. They loved acting and we heard a great deal of fantastic Welsh. The children really have grown in confidence. In the afternoon everyone measured each other's arms to see who had the longest and shortest arms. To finish the week they had to listen carefully to their partner to put the multilink in the right place with the cups.
